ordering process

Sometimes your order confirmation emails end up in the spam folder. Have a look there, if you can't find what you're looking for, please send us an email to: dhb@markenmerch.de

We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipment

Our products are shipped by our partner DHL. You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation via email with the corresponding DHL tracking number.

claim

We attach great importance to quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your DHB products, you can easily contact us by email. Please write an e-mail to dhb@markenmerch.de with a reason for your complaint. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

In that case please send us:

  • The tracking number

  • A picture of the problem (e.g. the damaged item)

  • A description of the problem

Return/Cancellation

If, contrary to expectations, you do not like a product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You can find all information here .
